How can I manage the server?
We include Plesk or cPanel to make server management a breeze. You can easily add sites, upload files, and create email accounts from a familiar web interface. Full SSH with root access is also included, but not required. Please note that our level of support expects a familiar environment; modifications to the server via root SSH access may limit what we can support.
I need to host more than 10 domains. Are additional Plesk licenses available?
Yes. You can request a license for Plesk Web Pro (30 Domains: $15/mo) or Web Host Edition (Unlimited Domains: $30/mo) after checkout. cPanel is also available for $35/mo and has no domain limit.
Can I have a minimal setup (no Plesk or cPanel)?
Yes. We can offer a minimal environment without a server control panel, albeit with only basic support for the server's hardware and some software functions. Please contact us for more information.
