We strive to offer the best hosting service possible. If for whatever reason you're not satisfied, we'll refund the first month of service with no questions asked. Just open a support ticket from our client area to request a refund.
Here's the fine print:
- This Guarantee is limited to our shared hosting plans. Virtual and dedicated servers are not eligible at this time.
- You must request a refund within the first 30 days of service.
- Services terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Usage Policy are not eligible for a refund.
- Add-ons and services are not refundable. For example: Dolphin upgrade service.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed (although it's usually much sooner than that).
